• If the doctor is unavailable or the consultation cannot be conducted, users are eligible for a full refund.

Refund Policy

• Full refund will be processed within 7 days if the service or consultation is not provided by the doctor.

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• No refund will be issued for completed consultations or if the user fails to attend the scheduled session.
